On Monday morning, the 8th day of the month of Pisak, 2569 B.E., corresponding to May 19, 2025, Mr. Chheung Borin, Deputy Director of the Office of State Property and Non-Tax Revenue of the Provincial Department of Economy and Finance attended a seminar on strengthening the effectiveness of state asset management of the State Asset Utilization Unit of the Ministry of Economy and Finance under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Hean Sahib, Secretary of State and Chairman of the State Assets Inventory Committee of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The seminar was also attended by His Excellency the Secretary of State, His Excellency the Deputy Secretary of State, His Excellency Ladies and gentlemen, leaders and focal officials representing all user units under the auspices and guardianship of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, with a total of approximately 300 participants. This workshop focuses on the dissemination of the legal framework related to the management, use, and disposition of state property to all internal units of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, aiming to strengthen the implementation and ensure compliance with laws and legal regulations, especially aims to strengthen the efficiency of state property inventory management, state land registration procedures, and procedures for transferring ownership and use of state property.
On Monday, the 1st day of the month of Pisak, B.E. 2569, corresponding to May 12, 2025, at the Ang Hospital Hotel, Siem Reap Province, Ms. Heng Sotiny, Director of the Sub-National Budget Office of the Provincial Department of Economy and Finance participated in a seminar on procedures and methods of implementation and recognition of model public service delivery units in the education and health sectors for 2025 under the distinguished presidency of His Excellency Hun Many Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Public Service. This workshop is the fourth and final workshop in the framework of disseminating procedures and methods for implementing and recognizing model public service delivery units in the education and health sectors for 2025 with the aim of disseminating procedures and methods for implementing and recognizing exemplary public service delivery units in the education and health sectors for 2025. On Thursday, 14th Rouch, Phalkun month, Rong year, Chasak, B.E. 2568, corresponding to 27th March 2025, at Farmhouse Resort, Kampong Chhnang province, Mr. Prchhim Thanu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Economy and Finance participated in a workshop to disseminate legal documents supporting the management of non-tax revenues within the framework of the transfer of functions and sharing of non-tax revenues from the national administration to sub-national administrations Under the distinguished chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Vong Sandap, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the Working Group on Leadership Level Affairs, the high-ranking representatives of His Excellency Professor Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Chairman of the Steering Committee for Public Financial Management Reform, accompanied by His Excellency Dr. Yet Vinel, Undersecretary of State of the Cambodian People's Congress and Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodian People's Congress, represented by His Excellency Ros Silva, Undersecretary of State of the Cambodian People's Congress and Secretary-General of the Cambodian People's Congress, and His Excellency Aun Bunhak, Undersecretary of State of the Cambodian People's Congress. This promotional workshop was also attended in person and via online video by His Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, representatives from ministries, institutions, the priority reform sites of the Royal Government, the administrations of the capital, provinces, cities, districts, and khans, units under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the departments of economy and finance of the capital and provinces, as well as units and specialized departments around the capital and provinces, totaling approximately 1,700 people.
On Tuesday morning, 12th Rouch, Phalkun month, Rong year, Chasak, B.E. 2568, corresponding to March 25, 2025, at Farmhouse Resort, Kampong Chhnang province, Mr. Se Saran, Director of the Office of State Assets and Non-Tax Revenue of the Department of Economy and Finance of Battambang province, accompanied by 1 expert officer attended a meeting to review and monitor the progress of the implementation of the first quarter action plan for 2025 of the provincial and capital departments of economy and finance under the public financial management reform program, chaired by His Excellency Yate Vinel Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Deputy Secretary General of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Commission. The meeting was attended by the President, Vice President and technical officers of the Department of Economy and Deputy Secretary General of the GSC. The meeting aimed to review and monitor the progress of the implementation of the action plan and collect input on the challenges of the provincial and municipal departments and find solutions to the above tasks in order to achieve the goals according to the action plan.

This workshop and training course is organized to increase awareness and strengthen the capacity of the Department of Economy and Finance and the Capital and Provincial Administrations in performing functions related to economic management and public finance at the local level more effectively. This workshop was also attended by His Excellency, Madam, and Mrs., representatives of the Ministry of Planning, the Secretariat of the National Committee for Democratic Development at the sub-national level, ministries, institutions, administrations of all 25 capitals and provinces, and representatives of the Department of Social Affairs of all 25 capitals and provinces, a total of approximately 200 people.

The program was attended by His Excellency, the leaders of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, His Excellency, the leaders of the and civil servants from all ministries and institutions, representatives of development partners, representatives of governors of the capital and provincial governments, development partners, and representatives of non-governmental organizations, a total of approximately 500 people.
